What if I cannot correctly answer the challenge questions?

As part of our commitment to protect your confidential information and to comply with various State, Federal and repository regulations, we must be able authenticate your identity before proceeding with the Mortgage Preflight process. We verify your identity using a process called Precise ID which generates a series of simple challenge questions based on the identity information you have provided. Generally, applicants are able to complete the multiple choice challenge questions in less than 30 seconds. Should you encounter difficulties, you may be asked to respond to a second set of challenge questions. If you are unable to provide the required correct responses, we will be unable to process your Mortgage PreFlight transaction online. No inquiry into your credit report is made nor do you incur any charge on the incomplete transaction. Should this occur, you should contact your mortgage professional using the provided phone or email address to proceed with your transaction.
